Meet the
Board of Directors

Jordyn Counts
Director of Marketing
Jordyn is 24 years old and has been involved in theatre since high school. She first explored acting before briefly studying it in college, eventually discovering a second passion in costume design. After returning to community theatre in 2024, she found herself drawn to all of the different pieces that come together to create a production.
Some of her favorite roles include Cha Cha in Grease, Delta Nu in Legally Blonde, and Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She also particularly enjoys costume work, with one of her favorite projects being the Cha Cha dress she created for Grease.
As Director of Marketing, Jordyn helps shape the way No Small Parts shares its story and connects with the community. She is a self-proclaimed “techie at heart” and is passionate about creating a theatre home for people who may not want to be onstage.
Through marketing, community engagement, and creative projects, she hopes to show that costumes, props, sets, lights, sound, production, marketing, and every other part of theatre are just as important to bringing a show to life.

Chloe Bowen
Director of Community Outreach
Chloe Grace Bowen is a Jonesboro native who has been involved in theatre since she was 12 and has participated in more than 20 productions over the past decade. She has been singing since the age of nine and has performed a wide variety of roles, including Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, Gladys Calhoon in Memphis the Musical, and Judy Bernly in 9 to 5 The Musical.
Chloe especially loves the opportunity theatre gives her to become someone completely different, step outside of her comfort zone, and create lasting memories with the people around her. To her, theatre is her escape, her people, and a piece of who she is.
As Director of Community Outreach, Chloe works to build connections between No Small Parts and the NEA community. She is especially excited about connecting with local businesses and organizations, creating community events and fundraisers, and finding new ways to bring theatre outside the traditional stage.
Chloe hopes to help No Small Parts become a lasting part of the community while showing people that there is a place for them in theatre, regardless of their experience or what role they want to play.

Fatima Tejeda
Director of Public Relations
Fatima discovered theatre in high school through You Can’t Take It With You and quickly found a love for the many different ways people can express themselves through the arts. Her previous credits include Protestor and Club DJ in Rock of Ages, Teen Angel in Grease, Constance Blackwood in Ride the Cyclone, Rheba in You Can’t Take It With You and Doralee in 9 to 5: The Musical.
She enjoys reading, and crocheting, and she also brings her love of reading to the Jonesboro community as the founder of the Jonesboro Bookworms book club.
As Director of Public Relations, Fatima helps build and maintain the public face of No Small Parts and its relationships within the community. She is particularly excited about creating educational opportunities and helping the company offer a broader variety of productions.
Fatima believes there will always be a part for everyone in theatre, whether onstage or off, and she hopes to help No Small Parts create opportunities where people can discover their own place within the arts.
Chris Vanbrook

Director of finance

Chris discovered theatre in high school and has continued to find creativity, connection, and a place to express himself through the arts. His previous roles include Lucas Wright in Missed Directions, Rooster in Annie, Emmett Forrest in Legally Blonde, Roger in Grease, and Ricky Potts in Ride the Cyclone. He also performed as Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, one of the most difficult roles he's ever done.
One of his favorite theatre memories came during the final performance of You Can’t Take It With You, when an unexpected moment between actors turned into a hilarious bit of improvisation that made the final performance especially memorable.
For Chris, theatre is a way to relieve stress, channel emotions, and step into someone else's story.
As Director of Finance, he helps manage the financial side of No Small Parts and works to make sure the organization has a strong foundation for its productions and programs.
He is excited to help create a supportive community where artists can grow, share their craft, and build connections through collaboration.

Taegan Russell
Director of Operations
Taegan first experienced theatre in high school, she became much more involved in community theatre in 2025 and quickly found a love for all of the different art forms that come together to create a show.
Her previous roles include Apostle in Jesus Christ Superstar, Phantom in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Cheryl Ann in Catch Me If You Can, and Grand Duchess Olga Katrina in You Can’t Take It With You. While she loves performing, some of her favorite theatre moments are simply the days spent at rehearsal—working with everyone, seeing friends, and having fun throughout the process.
As Director of Operations, Taegan helps keep the many moving pieces of No Small Parts working together. She is excited to explore the many ways she can contribute beyond the stage while helping the company grow.
Taegan wants No Small Parts to be a place where people feel welcome, valued, and appreciated, whether they are experienced theatre veterans or are stepping into the arts for the very first time.

Madison Jones

Director of Productions
Madison discovered theatre at the age of 10 when she played a Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Since then, she has performed in a wide variety of productions, with previous roles including Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz, Sonny in Grease, Noel Gruber in Ride the Cyclone, Eddie in The Rocky Horror Show, and Ja’Keith in Rock of Ages.
Madison loves the creative freedom theatre provides and the connections that develop along the way. While she enjoys being onstage, she has also developed a strong appreciation for the work that happens behind the scenes to make a production possible.
As Director of Productions, Madison focuses on the practical side of bringing a show from an idea to the stage. She is particularly interested in set construction and production organization, making sure things are where they need to be and that the cast and crew have what they need. She helps solve problems, keep production moving, and step in wherever she is needed.
Madison wants No Small Parts to be a place where people can meet new people, be creative, and contribute to something bigger than themselves.
